What if I don’t know my exact birth time?

What happens after I book?

Once you book your session, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a Zoom link and session details. You’ll also be invited to share any questions or themes in advance using the intake form. If more comes to mind later, you’re always welcome to follow up via email.

Can I record the session?

Yes. all sessions are recorded and a copy is sent to you afterwards. This means you can be fully present without needing to take notes.
