BOOKING GUIDELINES

My aim is to provide a safe, supportive space for exploration and insight while maintaining the highest ethical standards. Your privacy is paramount. Everything shared during our session remains strictly confidential. Astrology is not a substitute for psychotherapy, medical advice, or other professional services. If your situation requires expertise outside of my scope, I will guide you toward the appropriate resources.

Please note that astrology is a symbolic and interpretive practice. Chart rectification, and any work based on approximate or uncertain birth times, is inherently exploratory. The insights offered are based on the information you provide at the time of booking, and I do not offer refunds or complimentary follow-ups if more accurate birth data emerges after your session.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance of your booking.

• Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice will receive a full refund. 

• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will receive a 50% refund of the session fee.

• No-shows are non-refundable. A session will be considered a no-show if you fail to arrive within 15 minutes of the session.
