I’m Sophie, an astrologer based in London. I specialise in traditional Hellenistic techniques and am deeply informed by Jungian psychology.

This is a one-to-one, in-depth reading focused on understanding the key patterns, themes, and cycles shaping your life right now. I prepare in advance using your birth details, so the session itself is spacious, grounded, and responsive to what feels most relevant for you.
The conversation is structured but open, allowing room to explore questions, reflect on recurring patterns, and gain practical insight you can carry forward beyond the session.
Sessions are held online via Zoom.
A video recording is included with every booking.

Yes, but with an important distinction. I work with traditional predictive techniques to understand timing, cycles, and what themes are active, but I don’t use astrology to make fixed or literal predictions about specific outcomes.
Techniques such as profections, progressions, planetary returns, zodiacal releasing, eclipses, and major transits are used to identify periods of emphasis and change. Eclipses in particular are a core part of every reading I do, as they give a clear sense of the themes currently unfolding and what the next phase is likely to activate.
What I don’t do is make deterministic statements or promises about events. Rather than saying what will happen, the chart is read as a map of the energies at play and the range of ways they might express themselves. The focus is on awareness, choice, and how to work consciously with what’s being stirred, rather than outsourcing your agency to the chart.

That’s completely fine. You don’t need any prior knowledge for the session to be useful.
Everything is explained in plain language, at a pace that’s easy to follow, with space to ask questions and reflect. The focus is on making the chart meaningful and understandable, not overwhelming or abstract.

Rather than including everything in your chart, the focus is only on what’s most relevant for you right now. Sessions are structured and intentional, but also conversational, with an emphasis on synthesis rather than information-dumping.
The work is interpretive and grounded, drawing connections between the chart and lived experience. The aim is not to impress or mystify, but to help you make sense of recurring patterns, identity themes, and turning points in a way that feels practical, integrated, and genuinely useful beyond the session itself.
