Astrology has always been more than a system of prediction to me. It’s a symbolic language that helps us see ourselves more clearly. Not as fixed personalities or predetermined fates, but as complex, evolving beings navigating the full spectrum of human experience.

That’s what this new video series is about.

The Astrology of the Human Experience is an ongoing exploration of the deeper psychological patterns that shape our lives, viewed through the lens of archetypal astrology. Each video focuses on a specific theme or pattern many of us encounter, as as symbolic mirrors of our inner world and not as symptoms to fix.

The aim isnt to provide tutorials or technical breakdowns but to open a deeper conersation to reflect on the deeper layers of the phsyche and astrological archetypes.

The first episode, which you’ll find below, explores the archetype of hyper-independence: the compulsive need to manage life alone, often rooted in trauma, fear, and self-protection. I look at how this pattern shows up astrologically through Saturn, Mars, the 6th house. But more importantly, I unpack what it means to carry this energy in a world that often rewards it on the surface while ignoring its cost.

This series was born from a desire to reconnect astrology with real life. Not just as a tool for insight, but as a companion for the very human work of healing, integrating, and understanding ourselves. It’s about the parts we hide, the patterns we repeat, and the myths we live out without even realising.

Whether you’re an astrologer, a student, or someone who’s simply curious about your own inner landscape, my hope is that these videos offer something meaningful. Not answers, necessarily. But space to reflect, to recognise yourself, and maybe to soften some of the harder edges we all carry.
